I don't like having my photo taken, but I wanted to do something that would help me step out of my comfort zone. On the day of the shoot I was very anxious and thought I couldn't do it. After a gentle meditation to help relax and ground me I was able to step in front of the camera but still felt very self conscious. With Amber and Bobby's gentle encouragement and patience I was able to loosen up and enjoy the experience. It was one of the most liberating things I've ever done and I was so happy with the result. I trust these people so much. The environment they provided made me feel safe and free. I going to do it again!
